LEAD TIME

  • Manufacturing of our standard decor panels/fence toppers(not custom orders) takes around 10 business days and then we ship out. You have 24 hours after receiving the item to report any damages or issues. 

RETURNS

  • Returns are accepted within the first 7 days after the delivery of the product and only apply for standard products (size and color) bought online.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:  LaserCutArts Inc. does not cover any return shipping costs. It will be at the customer’s expense.

  • All products are inspected before leaving our facility. 
  • Products have to be returned in original packaging and be unused. 
  • Refund will be issued after the product is inspected. If the product arrives damaged and not in the original condition it has been shipped, no refund will be issued.
  • Returns are not allowed for any custom product size and/or personalized products. 

WARRANTY

  • LaserCutArts Inc. expressly denies any and all warranties of quality whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties as to the fitness for a particular purpose.

    • It is the customer's responsibility to consult a local contractor before purchasing our products for their project to verify if our product can be used for their project. 
    • LaserCutArts Inc. does not provide any shop/engineer drawings, those are to be presented by the customer.
    • Our panels are not made to meet any codes and they are made as decorative panels. If your panels need to meet code please contact us prior to purchasing.
    • The design and alterations of the design are supplied by the customer and LaserCutArts Inc. is not responsible for any infringement to copyrights or on any intellectual property rights related to the design and/or its alterations.  
    • The customer shall indemnify LaserCutArts Inc. for any claim brought against LaserCutArts Inc. for infringement to copyrights or on any intellectual property rights related to the design and/or its alterations.

Fence toppers are the stylish solution to an overlooked yard that help turn your outdoor space into a more secluded spot.

    • Fence toppers can be installed to give the height of a fence for more privacy while still allowing light to shine through
    • Fence toppers may match the existing fence, or create visual interest by incorporating a different design and material
    • For those who love to garden, our panels can be added to an existing fence or wall, to give support to climbing plants

    These fence topper panels are designed to be framed into the wooden fence or could be screwed on top of the wooden frame.

    • Panels are made from ⅛” (~3.2mm, ~0.125″) thick aluminum to last long (no rusting/ rust bleeding). In addition, the aluminum panel is powder coated for extra protection. We offer a variety of colours to choose from.
    • Panels do come with pre drilled 0.2″ holes that are placed around the perimeter of the panel. Holes are offset 0.5” from the edge to the center of the hole.
    • Our panel's width and height tolerance -1/8". For example, if panel size shown as 12" x 48”, the exact size of the panel is 11.88" x 47.88" (11 7/8" x 47 7/8")
