Policies and Procedures

LEAD TIME

  • Manufacturing of our standard decor panels/fence toppers(not custom orders) takes around 10 business days and then we ship out. You have 24 hours after receiving the item to report any damages or issues. 

RETURNS

  • Returns are accepted within the first 7 days after the delivery of the product and only apply for standard products (size and color) bought online.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:  LaserCutArts Inc. does not cover any return shipping costs. It will be at the customer’s expense.

  • All products are inspected before leaving our facility. 
  • Products have to be returned in original packaging and be unused. 
  • Refund will be issued after the product is inspected. If the product arrives damaged and not in the original condition it has been shipped, no refund will be issued.
  • Returns are not allowed for any custom product size and/or personalized products. 

WARRANTY

  • LaserCutArts Inc. expressly denies any and all warranties of quality whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties as to the fitness for a particular purpose.
    •
    • The client is relying on their own investigations regarding the satisfaction of municipal by-laws.

    COMPLIANCE

    • Some decor panels/fence toppers might have sharp edges: These decor panels/fence toppers are decorative and are not for the children’s use and are not designed to be climbed on by children, adults or any other live beings.
    • It is the customer's responsibility to consult a local contractor before purchasing our products for their project to verify if our product can be used for their project. 
    • LaserCutArts Inc. does not provide any shop/engineer drawings, those are to be presented by the customer.
    • Our panels are not made to meet any codes and they are made as decorative panels. If your panels need to meet code please contact us prior to purchasing.
    • The design and alterations of the design are supplied by the customer and LaserCutArts Inc. is not responsible for any infringement to copyrights or on any intellectual property rights related to the design and/or its alterations.  
    • The customer shall indemnify LaserCutArts Inc. for any claim brought against LaserCutArts Inc. for infringement to copyrights or on any intellectual property rights related to the design and/or its alterations.
    • In consideration of purchasing our products, you release LaserCutArts Inc., representatives, successors, agents and employees from any claim regarding to damages, injuries and/or death suffered in connection with our products.

    COLOR 

  • Please note that due to differences in browsers and monitors, colour samples that are displayed online could appear different. Since it is difficult to ensure that our online colors appear similar on all devices, we do not guarantee that the same colour is correctly reflected by what you see on our screen.
