How We Make Our Aluminum Panels
We design, laser-cut, powder-coat, and finish every panel in our own Canadian facility. From raw aluminum sheets to the final packaged product — the entire process happens in-house.
100% Canadian
We are a Canadian manufacturer, not a reseller. Every panel, screen, fence topper, and gate is produced in our facility in Concord, Ontario, giving us full control over material quality, precision, finishing, and lead times.
With over 8 years of experience in laser cutting services, we've refined our processes to deliver consistently high-quality products for both small residential projects and large commercial installations.
Our Services: Fiber Laser Cutting, Welding, Bending — all performed in-house with our own equipment and skilled team.
From Design to Delivery
Each panel goes through six quality-controlled steps before shipping to ensure precision and durability.

01. Design & Digital Preparation
Each project begins with a precise digital pattern created in CAD. The design is optimized for structural stability and clean laser cutting. We prepare proofs for customer approval before production.

02. Laser Cutting
Our 6 kW fiber laser cutter cuts the patterns into premium aluminum sheets with millimetre-level accuracy and perfectly clean edges. Maximum sheet size: 5' × 10' (60" × 120").

03. Edge Smoothing & Surface Preparation
After cutting, every panel is carefully inspected, deburred, and prepared for powder coating to ensure a flawless finish. Sharp edges are smoothed for safety and aesthetics.

04. Powder Coating
Panels are coated with architect-grade powder coating, then cured at high temperature for a durable, UV-resistant, weather-proof surface. Standard color is Sandtex Black; custom RAL colors available.

05. Quality Inspection
Each panel is checked for pattern accuracy, coating thickness, color consistency, and overall finish before packaging. We verify all specifications match your order requirements.

06. Packaging & Shipping
Panels are packaged with protective foam layers, corner guards, reinforced cardboard or skids, and anti-scratch wrapping for safe delivery across Canada and the USA.

The Ideal Material for Outdoor Applications
Aluminum is the foundation of everything we make. It offers exceptional performance for outdoor screens, panels, and gates, maintaining its appearance for years with minimal maintenance.
Unlike wood that warps and rots, or steel that rusts, aluminum provides long-lasting durability in all weather conditions while remaining lightweight and easy to install.
- ✓ Rust-proof — will never corrode
- ✓ Lightweight — easy to handle and install
- ✓ Strong and rigid — maintains shape over time
- ✓ UV-resistant when powder coated
- ✓ Performs well in all climates
- ✓ Fully recyclable material

Frequently Asked Questions
Do your panels rust?
No — aluminum does not rust and our powder coating provides additional protection against corrosion, UV damage, and weather exposure.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes, we manufacture custom dimensions and patterns. Any size up to 5' × 10' is possible, including slanted and arched panels.
Can you handle large commercial projects?
Yes, we regularly produce panels for commercial and architectural installations with consistent quality and matching finishes across large orders.
Do you manufacture in Canada?
Yes, all production is completed in our Canadian facility located at 200 Edgeley Blvd, Unit #9, Concord, Ontario.
What thickness should I choose?
1/8" works for most panels and screens. 3/16" is recommended for gates, large panels, or high-wind areas. 1/4" for heavy-duty applications.
How is the finish applied?
We use powder coating — a finishing process where colored powder is applied electrostatically and cured at high temperature for a durable, even finish.
