How long until my order arrives?
Total time includes production (5-15 days) plus shipping (3-10 days depending on location). See the delivery times table above for estimates. Please confirm delivery information with the carrier.
Do you ship outside Canada and USA?
Currently, we only ship within Canada and the United States. Contact us if you need delivery to another location and we'll see if we can accommodate.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, local pickup is available at our facility in Concord, Ontario. Contact us to arrange a pickup time once your order is ready.
What if my package is damaged?
Inspect your delivery upon arrival. If there's damage, take photos and contact us within 72 hours. We'll work with you to resolve any shipping damage issues.
Can I ship to a job site?
Yes, we can ship directly to residential addresses, job sites, or commercial locations. Just provide the delivery address when ordering. For freight quotes, please indicate if you have a forklift available to offload the skid.

Panels are packaged with protective foam, corner guards, and anti-scratch wrapping inside reinforced cardboard or on skids for larger orders.
