General Installation Instructions

Before installing any panel, confirm your measurements, check alignment, and ensure the surface or structure is suitable for mounting.

  • ✓ Measure twice before drilling
  • ✓ Keep panels level and evenly spaced
  • ✓ Use structural support for larger panels
  • ✓ Always use weather-resistant hardware
  • ✓ For panels over 6', consider 3/16" or thicker material

Mounting Options & Hardware

We support various mounting systems depending on application. Stainless steel or outdoor-coated hardware is recommended.

Predrilled Holes

Standard option. Holes around perimeter for direct screw mounting to flat surfaces.

Countersink Holes

Flush screw heads for a cleaner, more discrete appearance.

Bent Tabs (90°)

Tabs for mounting to posts or between surfaces.

Flanges (90°)

Full-length bent flange for stability and panel-to-panel connection.

L-Brackets

Separate brackets for sideways mounting or engineered screen installations.

Baseplate Post

Posts with welded base plate for surface mounting.

In-ground Post

Posts for cement installation directly into the ground.

Wall Mount Post

Posts designed for wall attachment.

Stand-off Mounts

Creates ~3/4" gap between wall and panel for floating effect.

Note: Hardware is provided for gates, posts, and brackets. Additional hardware for some surfaces can be included on request. Use weather-resistant screws/bolts appropriate for your surface material.

Safety Guidelines

Follow these safety recommendations when installing metal panels.

  • âš  Wear gloves when handling metal panels — edges may be sharp
  • âš  Use protective eyewear when drilling
  • âš  Ensure ladders are stable and properly supported
  • âš  Do not install in wet or slippery conditions
  • âš  For heavy panels, use two people for lifting
  • âš  Keep children away from installation area

Important: Panels may have sharp edges. These panels are decorative and are not designed to be climbed on by children, adults, or pets.

Installation FAQ

Can I install the panels myself?

Yes, most installations can be completed with standard tools by DIY homeowners. For complex installations, we recommend consulting a professional.

Do you provide mounting hardware?

Hardware is provided for gates, posts, and brackets. Additional hardware for specific surfaces can be included on request.

Can panels be installed on uneven surfaces?

Yes, with adjustment. You can use shims or custom brackets and mounting solutions.

Do you offer installation services?

We offer installation services across GTA region of Ontario. You can also find a contractor who can work with us directly.

What screws should I use?

Standard panels have pre-drilled holes that are 0.2 inches in diameter and use M5 screws. Use outdoor-rated, corrosion-resistant screws (stainless steel recommended).

How do I level a panel?

Use a spirit level on top of the panel before tightening all screws. Adjust as needed before final securing.
