Returns are accepted within the first 14 days after the delivery of the product and only apply for standard items available for purchase from our online store:
• Standard size decorative panels and fence toppers powder coated in Black Matte colour only that are available for purchase from our online store
• Our standard panels come with pre-drilled holes around the perimeter for mounting purposes.
• LaserCutArts Inc. does not cover return shipping costs. This is the responsibility of the client.
• All products are inspected before leaving our facility
• Product have to be returned in original packaging and be unused
• Refund will be issued after the product is inspected. If the product arrives damaged no refund will be issued
Returns are not accepted for the following:
• Any product powder coated in a different color other than black matte
• Any products with removed holes, added holes, tabs or flanges.
• Any gates and posts
• Panel with welded frames
• Any personalized Wall Art, Monogram Signs, Fire pit rings and etc.

Each panel comes with pre-drilled 0.2" holes placed around the perimeter (offset 0.5” from the edge) for ease of installation.
Our precision manufacturing ensures consistent sizing with a tolerance of -1/8" — so your 24" x 48" panel will fit perfectly every time.
