Returns are accepted within the first 14 days after the delivery of the product and only apply for standard items available for purchase from our online store:
• Standard size decorative panels and fence toppers powder coated in Black Matte colour only that are available for purchase from our online store
• Our standard panels come with pre-drilled holes around the perimeter for mounting purposes.
• LaserCutArts Inc. does not cover return shipping costs. This is the responsibility of the client.
• All products are inspected before leaving our facility
• Product have to be returned in original packaging and be unused
• Refund will be issued after the product is inspected. If the product arrives damaged no refund will be issued
Returns are not accepted for the following:
• Any product powder coated in a different color other than black matte
• Any products with removed holes, added holes, tabs or flanges.
• Any gates and posts
• Panel with welded frames
• Any personalized Wall Art, Monogram Signs, Fire pit rings and etc.
LaserCutArts Inc. expressly denies any and all warranties of quality whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties as to the fitness for a particular purpose.
The Customer is relying on their own investigations regarding the satisfaction of municipal by-laws.
Some panels/fence topper panels/gates might have sharp edges: These panels/fence topper panels/gates are decorative and are not for the children’s use and are not designed to be climbed on by children, adults or any other live beings.
In consideration of purchasing our products, you release LaserCutArts Inc., representatives, successors, agents and employees from any claim regarding to damages, injuries and/or death suffered in connection with our products.

Since it is difficult to ensure that our online colors appear similar on all devices, we do not guarantee that the same colour is correctly reflected by what you see on our screen.

Decorative privacy panels could be used as decorative privacy panels, gate inserts, wall inserts, decor inserts, fence inserts, wall art, etc.
- Panels are made from ⅛” (~3.2mm, ~0.125″) thick aluminum to last long (no rusting/ rust bleeding). In addition, the aluminum panel is powder coated for extra protection. We offer a variety of colours to choose from.
- Panels do come with pre drilled 0.2″ holes that are placed around the perimeter of the panel. Holes are offset 0.5” from the edge to the center of the hole.
- Our panel's width and height tolerance -1/8". For example, if panel size shown as 24" x 48”, the exact size of the panel is 23.88" x 47.88" (23 7/8" x 47 7/8")
